LEGAL FOOD FRENZY

April 20-May 1, 2015

Flyer Information (Click Link)

Part of a statewide program called the Legal Food Frenzy! The Office of Sam Olens Attorney General, the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia and the Chattanooga Food Bank have joined forces to create a friendly food and fund drive competition among Georgia Law Firms, Law Schools, and Community Organizations to support local food banks. The goal is 1.25 million pounds of food across the state.

More than 60% of Georgia’s public school children are eligible for free and reduced lunch. The Legal Food Frenzy provides much needed food supply and funds to regional food banks to help the families of those kids during summer months when schools are closed. The Food Frenzy is timed to help meet that demand.

How can you help? Donate the money you would spend on going out to lunch one day and/or bring in can foods during the two-week Food Frenzy Challenge (April 20-May 1).

·      The Food raised will stay in Chattooga County.

·      The funds raised will stay in Chattooga County. Cash or Checks made to Chattanooga Food Bank.
